No photography, no color, no room to hide.
A fractional operational leadership consultancy, live at dynapsis.com. The buyer is a founder deciding whether to hand over the running of their company, and a reassuring stock photograph would have made that decision harder.

Professional archetype
Zero images
Disclosure. Dynapsis is our parent company, so this is the one build on this site we made for ourselves. It went through the same 5 checks as everything else, and it's here because a consultancy homepage with zero photographs is a useful example of restraint.

Desktop and phone. The black ground and the single headline hold at any width, which is the point of having so little on the page.
The argument
Consultancies over-decorate because the thing they sell is invisible. Abstract renders, teams laughing at laptops, a gradient. All of it reads as filler, and filler reads as insecurity.
If the offer is discipline, the site has to be disciplined. Nothing else is credible.
What we did
- Black background, white type, 2 grays. The accent color is set to white, so nothing on the page is emphasized with color. Weight, size, and spacing do all the work. It's harder than it sounds, and it's why the page holds together.
- The headline does the positioning. A single sentence about building velocity into companies that refuse to stall, with one word in a gray gradient so the eye lands where it should without adding a color.
- 2 buttons, square corners. One filled, one outlined. Nothing else competes.
- Zero photographs. There's no image tag on the page. The only graphics are 2 inline SVGs, a noise texture and a dropdown arrow, plus the favicon.
What we'd still fix
2 things. The site declares a social preview image that was never uploaded, so shared links render without a card. We checked again while writing this and it's still a 404. And the fonts come from Google Fonts, 4 families, where our rule everywhere else is self-hosted. Both are on the list. We'd rather write them down than pretend our own work is flawless.
